How does your program work? Our application and funding process is quick and easy. Once a short patient credit application is submitted, a credit decision is returned in as little as 20 seconds. We provide a Purchase Verification Invoice (PVI), an easy, one-page form disclosing the dollar amount of the credit line with all approvals. On the day the treatment plan is started, simply complete the PVI and fax it to a toll-free number for non-recourse payment. We will process payment to your practice within 24 hours by ACH (direct deposit).
-
What are the fees to join and use the services? There are no sign-up fees or monthly maintenance fees. There are no additional fees to use our service online to apply for credit, track credit decisions, funding status, and open lines of credit.

What approval rate can I expect?Approval percentage will be based on how you implement patient financing in your practice. Practices that offer patient financing programs up front experience a higher approval percentage and a broader range of approvals.
