How does the program work?Our application and funding process is quick and easy. Once a short client credit application is submitted, a credit decision is returned in as little as 20 seconds. We provide a Purchase Verification Invoice (PVI), an easy, one-page form disclosing the dollar amount of the credit line with all approvals. On the day the treatment plan is started, simply complete the PVI online and submit it back to us for non-recourse payment. We will process payment to your practice within 24 hours by ACH (direct deposit).

What are the fees to join and use the services?There are no sign-up fees or monthly maintenance fees. There are no additional fees to use our service online to apply for credit, track credit decisions, funding status, and open lines of credit.

What approval rate can I expect?Approval percentage will be based on how you implement client financing in your practice. Practices that offer client financing programs up front experience a higher approval percentage and a broader range of approvals.

What is the range of credit lines?Every approval has a minimum credit line of $5,000 and up to $12,000 for clients with better credit.

How do clients apply?Clients can apply right from your office by filling out a short application that can be faxed, or your staff can complete an even shorter online application. Online applications receive a response in seconds. Phone applications are another convenient option.

How do I get paid?Completed paperwork is faxed to a toll-free number. We will process your non-recourse payment within 24 hours by ACH (direct deposit).

Why is there a service fee charged to the practice?We charge a fee to the practice to help cover our risk. Payment back to the practice is non-recourse.

What kind of activity reports are provided?Chase's HealthAdvance-Online is a secure Web site that provides daily reports of all activity, including credit decisions and funding status, plus a pipeline report of clients who have not used available lines of credit to pay for their pet's treatment plans.
